Conka visualisation have just completed a high end Architectural 3D visualisation project for property develop Savills. The project included a rage of exterior and interior images for a multi million pound development in London.
Conka Visualisation also created a multimedia aimation to showcase the project at presentation event which was also used on DVD’s for the guests to take home after the event.

Channel 4 program Property Snakes and Ladders, presented by property developer Sarah Beeny, recently championed the effects that visualisations can have on the marketability of a property. Referring specifically to a bed and breakfast in Tavistock, Devon - the owners had no way of marketing and selling the holiday home during the period of renovation. Waiting until it was complete to take photo’s was too risky, as it would miss the main period for holiday bookings.
Instead, 3D visuals and an overhead cut-through revealed the layout and finish of each room. These were used on a website and generated great interest and secured income via holiday bookings during the period that the property was still in development.
It serves as another illustration how visualisations really can sell and generate revenue, providing a safety net prior to large financial outlays.

Conka Visualisation has recently completed a commission from Bromley Borough Council to produce a series of two photoreal photomontages of the proposed development of Orpington High Street.
Working from plans of the road layout development, reference photographs and utilising Google street view, we were able to get a full appreciation of the site and the proposed development, without the need to visit the site, which ensured the visuals were more cost effective from the off.
Working from two photographs, we rendered the new road layout, including all paving, kerb, pelican crossing, turf and shrubberies, and combined them with the existing photo to create the photomontage. Defects in the existing photographs such as litter and street detritus was removed, as were cars and pedestrians who obscured the view of the new road layout.
Planning permission has recently been granted for a new town hall on Orpington High Street. We were provided with some line drawings of the building and based upon these and the information we had on the road, we were able to model and render the building and drop it into the scene. Overall the visuals produced demonstrated the road layout in full use in two years time.
The visuals were used in an exhibition to show local residents how their new high street will look and will be used within a number of presentations on the development and also on the Bromley council website.
