PAYMENT
Payment must be made with order, except when credit facilities have been approved. Our credit terms are strictly 14 days. We reserve the right to charge interest @ 3% over bank base rate on overdue accounts.
PRICING
The prices quoted by Conka are only valid for 14 days from the date shown on the quotation.
CUSTOMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Any terms on the purchaser’s order shall not apply unless explicitly agreed in writing by us.
VALUE ADDED TAX
VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate, unless VAT exemption applies. Our VAT Registration Number is: 879744747
DELIVERY OF IMAGES / SERVICES
Delivery times quoted by Conka 3D are estimates only, and Conka will not be held responsible for late delivery of images and/or services.
DAMAGE & SHORT SUPPLY
Any claims for damage or short supplied goods must be made in writing within seven days of goods being received. The prices quoted by Conka 3D are only valid for 14 days from the date shown on the quotation.
RETENTION OF TITLE
All goods or services sold by Conka Design Ltd remain the property of Conka until payment is made in full.
CANCELLATION
The company reserves the right to recover from the purchaser all costs incurred in relation to the order up to the time of cancellation. No order may be cancelled except with our agreement in writing.
COPYRIGHT
Any image disclosed to Conka are done so under the following conditions; the image is free to distribute under international laws and has either no ruling owner and/or is owned by the customer and/or is licensed for distribution to the customer by a third-party. Any liability of an image supplied by the customer to the image creator, whereby an international law has been breached is solely the responsibility of the customer. Conka cannot be held responsible for the material obtained in breach of copyright and/or trademark laws. Under these circumstances Conka will inform the relevant governing bodies if discovered to be in possession of an illegal image. Any image produced by Conka for the customer, whereby a copyright and/or trademark infringement occurs as result of an image received from the customer will remain the liability of the customer.
We reserve the right to use any artwork or animation we produce for the purposes of promoting our services unless you request otherwise in writing before a project has commenced.
